Qualification:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical or Material Science.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of machines and equipment relevant to the department.
  • Gain exposure to all production operations and administration of the company.
  • Actively participate in teamwork, adhere to policies, understand legal aspects, promote the company’s philosophy, demonstrate respect for the workforce, maintain a positive attitude, and exhibit dependability, fairness, and ethical treatment of employees.
  • Acquire knowledge of safety policies and procedures specific to the company.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Develop a solid understanding of company standards.
  • Enrolled in post-high school education for the Fall 2024 semester.
  • Completion of at least one year in a related field (preferred).
  • Considered a full-time student with a course load of 12 credits or more.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all company safety policies.
  • Learn and actively participate in day-to-day laboratory activities to support quality and metallurgical customer requirements.

Location:

The internship will be conducted in Tell, Indiana, United States.
