• Creative & Detail-Oriented: Design eye-catching graphics and ensure accuracy in ordering and inventory management.
• Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills: Interact effectively with fans, vendors, and colleagues, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
• Team Player & Collaborative: Thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively working and contributing to a cohesive team effort.
• Organized & Proactive: Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate initiative in taking on new responsibilities.
• Basic computer literacy and social media experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to merchandise design and development, utilizing creative software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) if applicable.
• Assist with merchandise ordering, inventory management, and quality control.
• Operate merchandise booths at games and events, providing exceptional customer service to fans.
• Assist with online store management and social media promotion of merchandise.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional activities related to merchandise.
• Perform other tasks as assigned, supporting the overall goals of the Merchandise department.
