This program lets you directly impact public health in Buenos Aires by assisting with medical campaigns in underserved communities (slums). You’ll gain hands-on experience while contributing to widening healthcare access for those who struggle to get quality care.

Location:
Buenos Aires, Argentina. You’ll likely be involved in mobile medical clinics moving throughout slum areas.
Fees:
Programs start at $510 for one week, with options for longer stays. This fee covers accommodation, airport pick-up, in-country support, and some meals. Flights and other personal expenses are not included. Be sure to check the IVHQ website for current pricing and program inclusions.
Volunteer Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Passion for making a difference in healthcare is essential
- Medical background is a plus, but not always required (check with IVHQ for current requirements)
