Qualifications:

  • The ability to follow instructions, work independently, and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced mechanics with preventive maintenance tasks on heavy equipment.
  • Learn and practice safe procedures for torch welding and cutting.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on assigned equipment.
  • Participate in hands-on projects with the Performance and Integration Team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
