The UK’s McDonald’s fellowship program will strengthen the ties and connections between developing nations. Fellows will return to their home countries after graduation and contribute to the development of those nations. There will be an opportunity for fellows to strengthen their social ties. The purpose of this fully sponsored fellowship in the UK is to support applicants who wish to work internationally.

Benefits
- Successful candidates will get a grant of around £30,000 GBP annually. The host will provide this grant to cover the travel and living costs.

Eligibilities
- Candidates must be at the postgraduate level. Must have at least an MSc or, preferably, a PhD/MD in a field relevant to multiple sclerosis.
- According to the World Bank, they must be citizens of a low- or middle-income country.
- They must have research in an area relevant to multiple sclerosis.
- Candidates must also work or study in a low- or middle-income country defined by the world at the time of nomination.
- Candidates must be studying or working in another country on a project that started six months prior to nomination.
- An MS International Federation grant must support the study project in another country.
Eligible Regions: Citizen of a low- or middle-income country.
