CommScope’s Outdoor Wireless Networks (OWN) segment is at the forefront of enabling the global mobile ecosystem and developing solutions for the entire RF path. As a Marketing Specialist Intern, you will play a vital role in implementing and executing the go-to-market strategy. This includes crafting effective messaging, segmenting target audiences, and implementing tactics such as website and social media campaigns. Working closely with the portfolio manager and regional marketing managers, you will contribute to the development of value propositions, messages, and customized campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Portfolio Manager in defining value propositions and crafting compelling messaging.
- Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in creating and executing coordinated campaigns, encompassing email, social media, and third-party advertising.
- Enhance website product and solutions pages to optimize user experience and engagement.
- Assist in maintaining the health of the marketing database and provide reports on campaign results and efficiency.
- Utilize technology and employ established marketing processes to optimize campaign performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master’s degree in marketing or a related field from an accredited university.
- Demonstrated academic excellence with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
- Possess high levels of creativity and possess strong creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
