Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in marketing, business administration, or a related field (ideally with a focus on the Latin American market, a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish (highly preferred)
- Cultural competency and understanding of the Latin American market (a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Assist with market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and opportunities in the LAC region
- Support the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns for Visa products and services
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and presentations tailored for the LAC audience (possible)
- Gain exposure to social media marketing strategies for the Latin American market (possible)
- May participate in industry events and conferences relevant to the LAC market (depending on the program)
