The Growth Department, established as a Center of Excellence within the organization, is responsible for driving customer growth through digital marketing and CRM initiatives. They are currently seeking a talented individual to join their Global CRM team as a CRM Marketing Production Intern.
Responsibilities:
As an intern in CRM Marketing Production, the selected candidate will be involved in the following key responsibilities:
– Creating briefs in TRELLO for NET-A-PORTER (NAP) and MR PORTER (MRP), acting as a facilitator between the external agency and internal teams at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP.
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand campaign planning and identifying which campaigns require briefing to the agency.
– Providing support to enhance internal processes by sharing best practices.
– Acting as a point of contact for the campaign approval workflow, streamlining the process.
– Collecting and archiving reports, and addressing any issues that may arise.
– Staying up-to-date with competitor email activity.
– Offering general support to the email marketing team.
Candidate Qualification:
The ideal candidate for this internship should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
– A strong understanding of email marketing best practices and workflows.
– Experience with push notifications is advantageous, but not mandatory.
– Previous exposure to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities would be beneficial.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
– Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adept at multitasking, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Self-motivated and an effective team player.
– Fluent in English.
