Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking interns to join their Marketing teams during the summer of 2024. In this role, you will provide support to ongoing initiatives, which encompass brand strategy, ideation for storytelling, content creation, competitor analysis, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and event planning.
Internship opportunities are available in the following specialized areas within Marketing:
- Media: This internship focuses on assisting with media-related activities, such as media planning, buying, and optimization.
- Public Relations: As a Public Relations intern, you will contribute to various PR initiatives, including media relations, press releases, event coordination, and reputation management.
- Social media: This internship entails collaborating on social media strategies, content creation, community management, and performance analysis to enhance brand presence across social media platforms.

Qualification:
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant field or possessing equivalent experience.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer of 2024.

- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to be proactive and thorough in completing assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in influencer/talent management, partnership development, and social media ideation.
- Aid in fostering community engagement and maintaining active participation.
- Create compelling content for multiple social media platforms.
- Coordinate and fulfill day-to-day PR requests.
- Conduct thorough competitive research to gather valuable insights.
- Assist in preparing campaign hindsight reports and extracting performance data for valuable insights.
- Manage product orders and handle sample requests.
- Schedule meetings and ensure departmental organization is maintained.
- Undertake additional projects as assigned based on business needs.
