As a Marketing Intern at Montblanc, the selected candidate will have the chance to immerse themselves in the organization’s culture and take part in various activities at Richemont and the Maison. The intern will play a vital role in assisting the dedicated team with the implementation of brand or functional strategies, contributing to projects related to sales, culture, analytics, and service development.
Operating within the Montblanc North America Marketing Department, the primary responsibility of the Marketing Intern will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams in devising and executing comprehensive 360 go-to-market plans. These plans will focus on strengthening brand awareness, expanding market share in key categories, and attracting new customers while retaining existing ones.
Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the Marketing Intern include:
– Assisting in the planning and execution of comprehensive 360 go-to-market activations, encompassing media, communication and PR, in-store events, and CRM.
– Conducting thorough competitive analysis, with a specific focus on product launches, media (including social media and influencers), events, and overall marketing strategies employed by key luxury competitors.
– Taking the lead in monthly industry trend analysis, curating relevant articles, videos, and other media content that highlight new partners, experiences, media channels, and other relevant developments.
– Managing the marketing team’s calendar, status sheet, and meeting notes.
– Providing support for various marketing administrative tasks, such as invoice tracking, vendor management, gifting pack out, product and sample management, and other ad hoc responsibilities.
– Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing activations, gaining valuable insights across different areas of expertise.
Qualifications:
– Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university.
– Pursuing a degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field is advantageous.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
– Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
– Experience with SAP is considered a plus.
– Availability for the entire duration of the internship program (June 3rd – August 9th).
– Students are responsible for making their own housing and travel arrangements.
Salary:
The Marketing Intern position is a paid internship, with a salary range of $20-25 per hour.
