Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (any major is welcome).
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred (transcripts may be requested).
- Strong desire to learn and a genuine interest in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Responsibilities:
- Gain comprehensive exposure to store operations through rotations across various departments (e.g., paint sales, product knowledge, merchandising, customer service).
- Assist with sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
- Participate in product demonstrations and promotions, driving store traffic and sales growth.
- Learn about paint mixing and application techniques, enhancing your industry knowledge.
- Work alongside experienced store managers, gaining insights into leadership and team management.
- Contribute to ongoing projects, analyzing data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations to showcase your learnings and recommendations.
