The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is the world’s largest humanitarian agency, fighting hunger worldwide. Education & Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with a strong interest in data science, GIS, and analytics.
- Applied knowledge of GIS and programming for data is desirable.
- Experience with GIS packages such as QGIS, and ArcGIS, and using GIS data in Python, R, or similar is advantageous.
Work Experiences:
- Plan, coordinate, and provide a full range of site maintenance and installation works, ensuring preventive maintenance for generators, water heaters, water pumps, and other equipment.
- Coordinate pottering and cleaning services to maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment.
- Support deployment of and provide technical supervision to external contractors for major electrical installations, maintenance, or repairs.
