The Lithuania State Scholarship is a fantastic way to receive free education in Europe. The Lithuanian government provides financial aid to foreign students for short-term study, such as one or two semesters at Lithuanian universities, under the Lithuania State Scholarship program. The entire cost of living and tuition will be covered by the Lithuania State Scholarship in Europe. The Lithuanian State Scholarship 2024 is intended to give foreign students who want to study for a higher degree in Lithuania financial assistance.

International students from all over the world are eligible to apply for these scholarships. Students can apply for this international scholarship program from a variety of academic fields. The monthly scholarship amount varies based on the program of choice and study level, from 550 to 1100 euros. International students have a fantastic opportunity to study in Lithuania and obtain important knowledge in their fields of study with the Lithuanian state scholarship. There are two categories of Lithuanian State Scholarships available in Europe: Lithuanian Short-Term Studies Scholarships and Short-Term Studies Scholarships.

A short-term study scholarship covers one or two academic semesters. There are up to 35 scholarships available for short-term study. European Scholarships are available to students who are citizens of some of the qualifying nations (listed below) for short-term studies in Lithuania. Short-term (one to two semester) Lithuanian studies (which include at least 50% of the subjects related to Lithuanian studies) are eligible for scholarships.

There are fifteen Lithuanian Short-Term Studies scholarships available to international students, and thirty scholarships are available to Lithuanian science center researchers, lecturers, and students. Students for the short-term Lithuanian studies scholarships must choose and design their study program in such a way that at least 50% of their degree subjects are related to Lithuanian studies, which may include subjects such as Lithuanian philology, literature, culturology, linguistics, Lithuanian history, ethnology, folklore, etc.
