Education & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in social sciences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in public policy international development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project management.
  • Have a University degree in public relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Work Experience at the national and international level in development research.
  • Work Experience in policy analysis and research organizations.
  • Experience in publications record with an international reputation for research.
  • Work Experience in mobilizing resources for research for program / institutional development.
  • Work Experience in familiarity with academic / policy and development institutions and professional networks.
  • Full knowledge of understanding of UN and NGO systems and goals.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Having a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for helping envision, and plan the 62nd edition of the Graduate Study Programme.
  • Responsible for conducting and evaluating the 62nd edition of the Graduate Study Programme.
  • Responsible for contributing to the organization of other outreach events.
  • Responsible for attending meetings of human rights treaty bodies.
  • Responsible for attending biweekly press briefings/draft press briefing summaries “in English”.
