Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in marketing, communications, English, HR, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for clear and engaging content
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A creative mind with a passion for developing engaging learning materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Partner with the L&D team to create, implement, and maintain internal marketing initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning among MTSI employees.
• Conduct research on L&D trends, learning culture best practices, and learning metrics to inform marketing strategies and measure success.
• Explore innovative ways to communicate and share learning content with MTSI’s geographically dispersed workforce.
• Draft engaging employee communications for email distribution and internal newsletters.
• Design and contribute content for the internal L&D intranet site.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor learning content for various employee groups.
• Assist with other L&D projects as assigned.
