Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in English and fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (depending on the internship location).
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for data manipulation and interpretation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the LATAM operations manager with tasks like Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development, data analysis, and reporting.
- Assist in creating and maintaining operational and BI reports to generate insights for stakeholders.
- Participate in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the Latin American market.
- Interact with the sales team to gather insights on business performance and market trends.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies for the LATAM region.
