Qualifications

• Passion for conservation and protecting natural habitats.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in environmental science, ecology, natural resource management, or a related field (or recent graduate).
• Strong interest in learning about land conservation practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in variable weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with land management activities like habitat restoration or invasive species removal (potential).
• Conduct field data collection on plants, wildlife, or ecological conditions.
• Help with creating and implementing land management plans.
• Contribute to monitoring and documenting conservation projects.
• Support with data analysis and reporting (possible).
