Summary:

The 2024 Solutions Journalism Accelerator Call provides grant funding for freelancers and facilitates research opportunities. Its objective is to support and empower 12 journalists or small teams in creating and disseminating impactful stories using a Solutions Journalism approach. These stories will shed light on underreported topics, focus on the Global South, and explore global development issues.

Application Requirements:

• • Applicants can be freelance or staff journalists or small journalist teams.
  • No citizenship or residency restrictions.
  • Track record of publication in respected media outlets in France, Germany, or the UK.

Benefits:

• • Selected projects (up to 12) can receive grants of up to €8,500.
