Shape the future of manufacturing and services in developing countries!

In this role, you’ll play a key role in identifying and executing investment opportunities in the manufacturing, agribusiness, and consumer services sectors. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues across the region to develop strategies, manage investments, and drive economic growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in business consulting, investment banking, or the relevant sector.
• Strong understanding of market creation and IFC’s role in developing economies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute investment strategies for complex client engagements.
• Analyze potential investments and assess development impact.
• Structure and negotiate investment transactions.
• Manage existing portfolio investments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, government officials, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
