Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program, preferably with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A passion for building relationships and fostering a positive work environment (a plus).
• Prior experience in HR or a related field (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assist HR professionals with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations tasks.
• Conduct research and prepare reports on HR trends and best practices.
• Support with HR events and initiatives.
• Gain exposure to various HR functions, such as benefits administration and compensation.
