Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree in business administration
- Bachelor’s degree in finance.
- University degree in political sciences/development economics.
- Have a University degree in public international relations.
Work Experiences:
- Full Understanding of Climate change and environmental issues.
- Full experience in functions of finance or program support.
- Full work experience in UN rules and regulations concerning administration/finance, and procurement.
- Full experience in working with the United Nations system.
- Perfect Skill in drafting reports/communications/presentations, and gathering statistics.
- Full Experience in Microsoft Office.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Full skills in supporting the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities within the scope of the Carpathian Convention Programme of Work and the Carpathian Biodiversity Framework.
- The ability to ensure the accounting transactions are recorded in the appropriate charts.
- Responsible for contributing to initiatives for workflow improvement and streamlining financial processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to develop reports, dashboards, or other tools to summarize findings and convey information to management effectively.
- Responsible for filing and archiving supporting work papers and documents.
