Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

• Master’s degree in business administration
• Bachelor’s degree in finance.
• University degree in political sciences/development economics.
• Have a University degree in public international relations.

Work Experiences:

• Full Understanding of Climate change and environmental issues.
• Full experience in functions of finance or program support.
• Full work experience in UN rules and regulations concerning administration/finance, and procurement.
• Full experience in working with the United Nations system.
• Perfect Skill in drafting reports/communications/presentations, and gathering statistics.
• Full Experience in Microsoft Office.

Languages:

• Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).

Key Responsibilities Career:

• Full skills in supporting the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities within the scope of the Carpathian Convention Programme of Work and the Carpathian Biodiversity Framework.
• The ability to ensure the accounting transactions are recorded in the appropriate charts.
• Responsible for contributing to initiatives for workflow improvement and streamlining financial processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, or other tools to summarize findings and convey information to management effectively.
• Responsible for filing and archiving supporting work papers and documents.
