This internship at Intel provides a unique opportunity for business-oriented students to gain valuable experience in the exciting world of technology sales and support. You’ll work alongside experienced Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and Application Engineers (AEs), supporting Intel’s mission to deliver innovative solutions to global customers.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and market research (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, with presentation skills a plus
- Familiarity with x86 architecture or experience with PC building (a plus)
- Ability to travel occasionally (depending on the specific internship)
Responsibilities
- Assist FAEs and AEs with pre-sales activities, including design win tracking, sample support, and development of customer presentations
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards
- Stay up-to-date on Intel’s latest technologies and solutions
