International Sales Analyst Internship

Responsibilities:

This internship will commence in January 2024 at Danone’s excellent French headquarters in Rueil-Malmaison (92). Interns will closely collaborate with Arnaud, the Global Customer Business Analyst, as part of the European commercial team responsible for managing international customers and alliances.

Throughout the internship, primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting sales and pricing analysis to identify optimization risks and opportunities across 13 European markets for Danone’s 4 categories (30%).
• Crafting compelling selling stories to prepare for negotiations with international customers (20%).
• Performing Return on Investment analysis of negotiated counterparts with customers (20%).
• Creating sales and pricing reports and dashboards to support negotiation preparations for the Global Account directors (20%).
• Facilitating communication within the European Sales Community and sharing customer updates during
• dedicated calls with internal stakeholders (10%).

By joining the European Sales team, interns will gain valuable insights into strategic decision-making on a regional level. They will closely observe several major European markets and develop an understanding of the unique challenges they present. This experience will provide interns with valuable knowledge applicable to roles in account management, revenue growth management, category management, and finance.
