Education & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, international relations, humanitarian studies).
  • Proficiency in English and Dari (both written and spoken).

Work Experiences:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in community-based protection, gender-based violence prevention, or related fields.
  • Experience working with NGOs, UN agencies, or other humanitarian organizations.
  • Familiarity with the Afghan context and cultural sensitivity.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English and Dari (Pashto is an advantage).
