International Individual Consultant- Youth Skilling, Employability and Engagement (Open to Non-Ghanaians)
Summary:
UNICEF Ghana is seeking an international consultant to support the development and implementation of a youth skilling, employability, and engagement programme in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and other partners.

The programme is funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and aims to reach 10,000 young people in Ghana over four years

Fees:
The consultant will be paid a daily fee based on the complexity of the tasks and deliverables, as well as the relevant experience and qualifications1.

Location:
The consultant will be based in Accra, Ghana, with possible travel to other regions as required.

Aims:
The programme aims to enhance the skills, employability, and civic engagement of young people, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, through innovative and inclusive approaches1. The programme will also support the strengthening of the national youth policy and system to better respond to the needs and aspirations of young people in Ghana.
