Qualifications

  • Core Skills and Knowledge

    • Communication: Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
    • Computer Skills: Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite applications for document creation and data management.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
    • Process Understanding: Familiarity with typical office/departmental procedures to comprehend the significance of forms, schedules, documents, and administrative processes.

    Technical Skills

    • Data Management: Proficiency in using clerical and numerical skills to prepare reports and documents from raw data.

Responsibilities
