Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in a business, analytical, or sports-related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar design software (a plus).
- Passion for sports and a desire to contribute to the advancement of football equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing and delivering on-field helmets for NFL and NCAA teams.
- Collaborate on development projects for future product launches.
- Organize and analyze digital files related to helmet research and testing.
- Connect and interact with various stakeholders across different departments (Operations, Sales, Logistics, R&D).
- Gather data and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist with vendor communication and finalizing production details.
- Participate in product testing and evaluation processes.
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
