Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (any major).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A genuine interest in product development and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with project management methodologies (a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Participate in rotations through various product and project management teams, experiencing different stages of the product lifecycle.
- Assist with research, data analysis, and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
- Support product managers with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve product usability.
- Develop and present product documentation and reports.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
