Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (any major).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A genuine interest in HR practices and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience working in a team environment (a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Participate in rotations across various HR functions, such as talent acquisition, benefits, and employee relations.
- Support HR specialists with administrative tasks, data analysis, and project execution.
- Conduct research and assist with developing and implementing HR initiatives.
- Participate in the recruitment process by assisting with candidate screening and interview preparation.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating HR systems and databases.
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
