Qualifications:

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and the public sector (a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various HR functions, including:
- Recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Maintaining personnel files
- Processing payroll and benefits paperwork
- Assisting with employee relations and training initiatives
- Contributing to HR research and project management
- Support HR staff with administrative tasks and data entry.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training opportunities.
