Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a 3rd or 4th year Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month internship and have an expected graduation date after December 2024.
• Excellent overall English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of internal websites, ensuring content is up-to-date and visually appealing.
• Collaborate on the organization of internal events to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain internal communication materials, such as memos and notices, in both English and Vietnamese.
• Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as capturing meeting minutes and keeping track of purchase orders.
