Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or Civil preferred), Project Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field (3rd or 4th year).
- Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month internship and have an expected graduation date after December 2024.
- Excellent overall English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving and optimizing space utilization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with space planning software (TRIRIGA a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of office space layouts and configurations using the TRIRIGA system (or similar software).
- Conduct assessments of existing office spaces to identify optimization opportunities and enhance employee well-being.
- Collaborate with Space Reps (representatives from different departments) to understand space requirements and recommend adjustments for improved efficiency.
- Work towards standardizing and automating space management processes within the VN Corporate Services department.
- Assist with the management and reporting of space utilization data to stakeholders.
