Intel Lab Compute Intern

The Lab Compute Infrastructure and DevOps Intern role at Intel provides hands-on experience supporting Intel’s product development and validation through IT infrastructure and DevOps practices. You’ll join a team dedicated to delivering efficient computing resources and services for lab environments.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Windows or Linux administration.
• Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scripting experience with languages like Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Ansible.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools or configuration management solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lab Compute Europe team with operational tasks like handling support tickets and system deployments.
• Participate in security compliance activities to ensure lab environments meet security standards.
• Contribute to the implementation of monitoring and configuration management solutions to improve efficiency.
• Gain exposure to DevOps practices used to manage and automate IT infrastructure.
