Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field (minimum sophomore year)
- Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Assist senior instructional designers with various tasks throughout the ID process, including needs analysis, content development, and evaluation.
- Gain exposure to different instructional design models and tools used in the industry (e.g., ADDIE model, authoring tools).
- Develop engaging and informative learning materials, such as eLearning modules, presentations, and user guides.
- Conduct research on relevant training topics and learning technologies.
- Assist with the implementation and evaluation of training programs to ensure effectiveness.
