Education & Qualifications Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project management.
- University degree in public relations.
Work Experiences:
- Work Experience in Service Management and Support.
- Work Experience in IT Business Administration, Inventory and Supply Management.
- Experience in United Nations public procurement rules and regulations.
- Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGO missions and goals.
- Knowledge in public relations.
Languages:
- Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Know another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for providing 1st level FTS support on Information Communication Technology related material requests.
- Responsible for providing basic technical support to the ERP System.
- Responsible for assisting in the preparation of presentation materials using appropriate technology.
- Responsible for providing basic online and on-site assistance to problems related to the use of IT Equipment.
- Responsible for providing input to statements of works, and requirements.
