Education & Qualifications Requirements:
- Have a university degree in Business Administration and financial management.
- Have a university degree in HR administration.
- Have a university degree in Business Administration / public relations.
Work Experiences:
- Experience in Financial Management.
- Perfect experience in the use of computers/spreadsheets and databases.
- Good ability to conceptualize ideas and advocate consensus.
- Good in Presentation skills.
- Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Full knowledge of understanding of NGOs’ missions and goals.
Languages:
- Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for supporting the development of process mapping for project continuity.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the BFMRS tasking sheet and Finance Resource Mobilisation priority.
- Responsible for participating, where applicable, in recruitment activities ranging from job advertisement.
- Responsible for preparing written reports for investigation teams on support recommendations.
