- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications and data analysis tools (Excel a plus)
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
- A genuine interest in the retail industry and commercial real estate (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Assist with researching and analyzing potential retail locations
- Support with lease negotiations and lease administration tasks
- Contribute to property management activities (data entry, reporting, etc.)
- Assist the real estate team with various projects and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
