Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (ideally pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- A keen interest in learning about HR practices and regulations.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including data entry, recordkeeping, and file management.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Contribute to employee relations initiatives, such as performance reviews or internal communications.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs and policies.
- Gain exposure to various HR functions, such as compensation and benefits, or learning and development (as available).
- Participate in other duties as assigned by the HR Supervisor.
