Description:
The internship offered by the Global Citizenship Foundation about the Human Resource and Capital Management specialization in the internship Program is designed to offer candidates practical exposure to managing and optimizing human capital. Participants will gain valuable hands-on experience in comprehending and utilizing human resource policies and processes, as well as effectively leading and developing teams within an organizational setting.
Through engaging in various projects, candidates will actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies. They will be involved in managing individual and team performance, while also fostering an organizational culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.
By undertaking this internship, candidates will acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage human resources, drive team performance, and cultivate an inclusive and thriving organizational environment.
Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course, participants will:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum age 18. However, if the candidate is under the age of 18 during the application process, it is mandatory to obtain consent or authorization from their legal guardian or parent.
- Priority is given to individuals who are either currently enrolled in a recognized university or have recently graduated. However, experienced professionals are also eligible to submit their applications.
- Applicants are required to possess a minimum English language proficiency at the B2 Level as per the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
