Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of HR software systems a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for HR and a desire to learn about the sports industry preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing candidate materials.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Assist with employee relations tasks, such as conflict resolution and performance management.
- Help plan and execute company events and initiatives to promote employee engagement.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics.
- Contribute to other HR projects as assigned.
