HR Learning & Development Internship

HR Learning & Development Intern | Chanel

Internship Duration:

The internship will last for 12 months in 2024, starting from January 15th, 2024, and concluding on December 31st, 2024.

Hours: The intern is expected to work 7 hours per day, 3 days per week, although the specific working hours can be discussed and adjusted as needed.

Objectives:

The HR Learning & Development Intern will have the following objectives:
– Provide support in promoting a growth-oriented mindset by assisting with new learning initiatives.
– Develop engaging and effective digital learning content.
– Engage with and provide feedback on posts to encourage digital social learning.
– Create communication materials, both online and offline, to raise awareness.
– Analyze usage data and propose improvement plans.
– Assist in organizing online learning launch events.
– Translate training materials.

Requirements:

To be considered for the HR Learning & Development Intern position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
– Native Japanese speaker with fluency in English.
– Non-Japanese applicants must possess a valid working visa.
– Proficient in PC skills, including PowerPoint (animation, etc.), Excel (functions, etc.), Word, and familiarity with video and image editing software.

Note:

The working hours for this position are negotiable and can be discussed and adjusted based on mutual agreement.
