Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Work Experiences:
- Professional experience in working in human resources management.
- Professional experience in business administration.
- Prefect experience in human rights.
- Good ability to conceptualize ideas and advocate consensus.
- Good in Presentation skills.
- Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
- Full-Knowledge in international public relations.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for implementing HR operational activities to ensure timely provision of HR solutions.
- Responsible for updating of personnel records in the Office, including MSRP entries into HR module.
- Responsible for coordinating the recruitment of local staff including the issuance of vacancy notices and screening of the application.
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing data to identify trends or patterns and provide insights through graphs.
- Responsible for developing training programmes for applicants on writing and interview skills to help nationals.
