Education & Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Holder in Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the HR field is required.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Dari/Pashto.
• Must have computer skills.
• Experience in working with international NGOs.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
