Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Completion of secondary education.
- Diploma from accredited institution in business and office practice or other related discipline.
Work Experiences:
- At least three years of progressively responsible and relevant experience in office work and handling files and documents is required.
- Experience in the use of computer, spreadsheet and database, and good understanding of health applications is required.
Languages:
- Good command of written and spoken Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Verifies patients’ eligibility for medical services prior to their registration, performs registration of new patients file on e-health and updated their profiles every visit, and follows up with registration department if needed, transfers patients’ files after getting a required approval according to the field.
- Extracts the patient’s file from the system, opens medical file according to the type of the service, changes visit type, provides the patient number from Queue system according to schedule’s appointments and ensures they are admitted to service in an orderly manner, when necessary.
- Maintains the electronic records data quality through an ongoing cleansing and verification process and follows up with registration department if needed.
- Manages, prepares and follows up patients’ referrals for internal or external services (i.e. hospital referral, optometric….etc).
- Carries out clerical and minor administrative work such as filing and checking the attendance records and leave applications for the health centers staff and response for health center mail and calls; maintains records of reports, correspondences, forms, and referrals.
- Ensures the completion of the required reports on timely manner including daily registration and statistical and other data, for weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and yearly reports.
- Performs such other duties and assignments as may be required.
