Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree in health/ public health.
- Bachelor’s degree in epidemiology and child development
- University degree in political sciences / development economics.
- Have University degree in public international relations and social sciences..
Work Experiences:
- Full experience in familiarity with home visiting interventions in Europe and Central Asia Region.
- Full work experience in public health systems.
- Full experience in working with United Nations system.
- Work Experience in conducting systematic reviews of the medical or public health literature.
- Full Experience in managing and analyzing a wide range of public health data.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (Germany ,French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for providing inputs to the Maturity Model for regional home visiting program in consultation with UNICEF.
- Responsible for providing inputs to the assessment methodology that will include data collection and management process and tools.
- Responsible for participating in the testing of the Maturity model in one country and based on the observations suggest revisions to the Maturity model.
- Responsible for analysis of data collected across 4 countries and development of a report with all findings.
- Responsible for developing short / glossy document presenting the regional picture.
