Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs for student staff across various campus departments
- Plan and coordinate events and workshops focused on student staff development
- Provide mentorship and support to student staff, helping them navigate their roles and responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation of resources and materials to enhance student staff experience
- Collaborate with the Student Staff Development team on program evaluation and assessment
