As a Global Sourcing Intern at Clark Associates, you will have a direct impact on product development, strategic sourcing, negotiation, inventory control, forecasting, and marketing. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of inventory from vendors to our stores and distribution centers, ultimately reaching the end user.
Collaborate closely with department leaders and enjoy a high level of autonomy in your work. This full-time position is based in Lancaster, PA, with potential hybrid work options for those within a 2-hour driving radius.

- Facilitating the onboarding process for new vendors, products, and brands.
- Generating and analyzing reports to provide insights on competitive pricing, demand planning, forecasting, and stocking strategies.
- Researching and exploring sourcing and logistical options for product procurement.
- Extracting and analyzing data using Microsoft Power BI and our proprietary inventory management system.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with manufacturers.
- Monitoring and managing inventory to ensure consistent availability.
- Developing and implementing marketing plans.
