During the 12-week program, you will collaborate with industry experts, receive comprehensive on-the-job training, and participate in professional development workshops, executive speaker series, and various networking and social events. As a Global Planning Intern, you will play a vital role within the Connectivity and Cable Solutions organization. Your primary responsibilities will involve close collaboration with the Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Distribution Planning teams to improve S&OP process documentation and develop effective execution strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside our Planning Center of Excellence to create and refine an S&OP Playbook.
- Collaborate with the Supply Planning team to assess and optimize inventory levels in international locations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master’s program in Supply Chain or Operations Management from an accredited university.
- Strong academic track record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Unrestricted work authorization without requiring future sponsorship.

- Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication.

Location:
This internship position is available in either Shakopee, Minnesota or Claremont, North Carolina.
