Requirements:

  • Age: Volunteers aged 18 and above.
  • Language: The conversational level of Spanish is useful.
  • Physical Fitness: A high level of physical fitness is strongly encouraged.
  • Duration: Minimum of 2 weeks commitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Care for and feed the giant tortoises at the Breeding Center.
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining the center.
  • Interact with tourists and students, educating them about the tortoises and the center’s objectives.
  • Practice conversational English with the reserve guides.
