Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, or related program at an accredited college or university (preferred).
• Strong interest in marketing and a passion for creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Virginia’s manufacturing and technology sectors (a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing and implementing creative marketing campaigns for GENEDGE initiatives.
• Contribute to social media content creation and management for GENEDGE platforms.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support marketing efforts and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Participate in outreach activities and events to promote GENEDGE programs and services.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing operations (as needed).
